D.A.D. Protection Services recognizes and understands its duty to thoroughly screen and investigate every employee candidate. We employ the most qualified, experienced and honest people with backgrounds to show they are of good moral character and can be successful in an environment with the highest standards of conduct that D.A.D. Protection Services expects.

We expect and commit to helping every employee embrace our culture and understand how to apply the D.A.D. Our company handbook clearly spells out our organizational values and conduct standards, and our security officer training programs reinforce those principles and define our clients’ expectations.
