D.A.D. PROTECTION SERVICES procures and maintains General Liability Insurance with not less than $1,000,000.00 per occurrence / $2,000,000.00 in aggregate and California’s Workers Compensation Insurance with limits and requirements by the State of California.
D.A.D. PROTECTION SERVICES has a comprehensive training program for our employees that meets, if not exceeds, the (D.C.A.) Bureau of Investigative Security and Investigative Services mandatory training requirements but also industry standards. We have mandatory training for our guards every two weeks. D.A.D. PROTECTION SERVICES personnel hiring criteria is based upon California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services and our own set of standards which includes the following:
1) Must have a valid B.S.I.S. Guard card and show proof of successfully completing the Powers to
Arrest/Weapons of Mass Destruction training.
2) Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
3) Prior Security experience prior to being placed on an account.
4) Must have additional certifications (First Aid/CPR, A.E.D., etc.)
5) In Depth background check, reference check and criminal history check.

D.A.D. PROTECTION SERVICES prides ourselves on the innovative and creative ways we provide security services. We write, implement and maintain an Emergency Procedures Manual and Post Procedures Manual that is tailored to your specific site. Your site will receive the following services from us:
1) An effective and implemented Emergency Procedures Manual.
2) Continuous training (every two weeks) in site specific& emergency procedures for all guards assigned to your
account.
3) Daily checks on Doors, Gates, Locks, Lights, etc. .
4) Monthly checks on all safety equipment (Fire Extinguishers, A.E.D.’s,)
5) Proactive patrol techniques.
6) Real Time monitoring of Traffic, Weather and Emergency Alerts for your site’s location.
7) Daily monitoring of Crime Patterns for your sites area.
8) Monthly meetings/contacts held for residents/visitors/employees to address any concerns they may have and to provide public awareness.
9) Community Resources to prevent/alert residents/visitors regarding crime.
10) Regular communication with Police Beat Coordinators and Neighborhood council meetings.
11) Traffic/Parking enforcement (per association bylaws).
12) 24 hour contact via phone for all residents and management.

The placement of our security guards is what generally places D.A.D. Protection Services in the position to confidently describe the implementation of our security guard project as authentic. Our security guards are trained to make visible foot patrols throughout their posts in undetermined patterns. We encourage our personnel to interact with your patrons and employees in addition to standing a fixed post. In a full time post , Our Professional Security Guards will consistently conduct and keep records of all inspections of emergency and safety equipment (i.e., Fire Extinguishers, A.E.D.’s, etc.,).

The management, having twenty two years of security and law enforcement experience, has realized that prevention of crime can be accomplished by utilizing community involvement and awareness. The art of being effective in deescalating volatile situations and preventing criminal activity by proactive means is commonplace within the organization.
Uniforms
Our uniformed security guards are outfitted with highly visible yet non-threatening Security uniforms. Our general orders require our personnel to keep their uniforms presentable at all times. The men are clean-shaven with neat haircuts. Our female officers are held to the same standard. We pride ourselves on the appearance of our personnel, as they are representing our agency in your facilities.
Supervision
D.A.D. Protection Services supervisory personnel possess administrative and supervisory skills and experience. Our supervisors are charged with scheduling, assigning security posts, acting as liaison between the Administrative team and our client. Our Administrative team is available to you 24 hours every day in order to maintain quality assurance and customer service on behalf of D.A.D. Protection Services

Protection Services maintains a philosophy that in order to retain the highest quality security professionals in the industry, we must compensate them to commensurate with their qualifications.
